Election Day

This is it. Today is the day, Election Day.

This post will be short and to the point.

And that is to vote. Just vote. You have the right to vote. Don’t waste it.

I am not going to tell you who to vote for. I am not going to suggest, hint, endorse or lean towards any political party.

My message is simple. Get to the polls. Make your voice heard, make yourself count.

If you already voted during the early voting period, Great! I admire your enthusiasm or you knew that you were going to be busy on 11/06 so you got it out of the way. Whatever. You did it.

This is a right that we Americans have, and should not take for granted.

Make an educated decision. Choose who you think is the right candidate, or like one of my friends states “the lesser of two evils”.

This election didn’t spring up on us. We knew in advance that this was coming; we had time to educate ourselves on the candidates. If you don’t vote, don’t complain about who wins. Simple.

As you head out to the polls, remember that we, Americans, have the power to change our future, don’t squander that opportunity.

So, go vote. In the meantime, I leave you with some voting funnies. Enjoy.
