Weekend Box Office Round Up

Vin Diesel and his crew speed past the Vegas pack in the box office.
Fast & Furious 6 came in at $120 million over the four day weekend, compared to $51 million that “The Hangover Part 3” brought in.
The other new entry, Fox Animation Studios “Epic” came in as predicted with a debut of $44 million.

Last weeks top film, “Star Trek Into Darkness“, held onto the number 3 spot with $47 million. Overall the top 10 movies helped lift the box office total, besting 2012, when “Men In Black 3” opened.

“Oblivion” has grossed more than Cruises last film “Jack Reacher“. The film will not reach the $100 Million mark. His last film to do so was 2011’s “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
