And the highest paid actor is……

Forbes recently released a list of the Top 10 highest paid actors for the period of June 2012-June 2013. The list took into account the earnings for that time period, but didn’t exude deductions, (Taxes, Agent fees, ETC). In a shock to no one, Robert Downy Jr. came in at number one, riding high movies, “The Avengers” and “Iron Man 3”.

Below you would find a list of the 10 top paid actors for 2013.

1. Robert Downey Jr.

There is no doubt that Tatum had a good year. He found success with “21 Jump Street” and “Magic Mike.” It was the latter that catapulted Tatum to number 2. Having co-financed the film “Magic Mike”, he began raking in the cash when the film found success.

Due to Washington taking a pay cut and receiving a portion of the profits at the back end, he was able to land at # 9, with the success of the film, “Flight”.

10. Liam Neeson

Liam Neeson released “Taken 2” and it grossed $376 WW. That’s it. He is awesome and made the Top 10.

Notably absent from the list is Johnny Depp. During the qualifying period, he had one film, the under performing “Dark Shadows.” Will Smith is also absent, also having only one movie “After Earth.
Also missing is Ben Stiller and Baron Sasha Cohen, but that is due to neither of them starring in a movies the past year.
